  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
  • Personalized, customized, or gift items are non-refundable unless damaged or defective.
  • Sale or clearance items are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or video showing the issue

We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost.


Refunds

  • Refunds typically take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was our fault.
