🔧 How to Use

1. Fully charge the device via USB before first use and attach the LCD controller to the mat.
2. Place both feet flat on the mat (the device only activates when both feet are in contact).
3. Press the + button to power on.
4. Press the M button to cycle through massage modes.
5. Use + / – to adjust intensity to your comfort level.
6. To turn off: press – until the screen shows "0", then press – once more.

Note: The device has an automatic 15-minute safety shut-off. Press + to restart.
